Work Based Learning (WBL)

All students are required to complete 54+ hours of Work-Based Learning (WBL) experiences. Work-Based Learning provides Chelsea CTE students with structured learning experiences through exposure to career options via the classroom, community and industry activities that incorporate guest speakers, site tours, paid internships and industry competitions. WBL serves as a bridge for students to learn how to take those roles from the classroom into a professional setting.
